This is enough seasoning to mix with 5 lbs of meat.

It makes a great tasting breakfast sausage that can be cooked as patties or stuffed into casings for link sausage.

For links, combine the full seasoning packet and 5 fl oz of water with 5 lbs of meat and then stuff into casings of your choice.

For patties, combine the full seasoning packet with 5 lbs of meat and let rest in refrigerator overnight before cooking.

You can add the seasonings to meat chunks and then grind or you can just mix it with pre-ground meat of your choice.

For both links and patties either cook or freeze within 3 days as the meat is not cured, just seasoned.

Instructions for mixing are also on the label.
