T-13 is Uncle Tim’s hand crafted all purpose seasoning and BBQ rub that was developed over years of experimenting to come up with the perfect blend of flavors to make nearly everything taste better. It works great as an everyday seasoning for meats, eggs, vegetables, and whatever else you can think of. Use it in place of salt and pepper when preparing foods.
It works especially well when grilling meats or vegetables. It is also the perfect BBQ rub for Brisket, Pork Shoulders, Ribs and anything else that you put on the smoker.
We also have a jerky seasoning mix that you just need to add the liquids to (which are specified on the label), combine with your meat of choice, marinate and dehydrate. This will be the best jerky you’ve ever tasted.
